La situación de las clases presenciales está siendo debatida en todo el país. Alberto Fernández dispuso que Buenos Aires interrumpa sus clases y otras 4 provincias se adhirieron a estas medidas.
A pesar de que Tucumán estableció que continuaría la presencialidad, la Agremiación Tucumana de Educadores Provinciales (ATEP), sacó un comunicado pidiendo que las clases sean virtuales.
El documento rechaza la postura del Ministerio de Educación.
Según el texto:
«LA AGREMIACIÓN TUCUMANA DE EDUCADORES PROVINCIALES (ATEP) COMUNICA SU TOTAL DESACUERDO CON LA MEDIDA ADOPTADA POR EL GOBIERNO DE LA PROVINCIA, EN LO QUE RESPECTA A LA CONTINUIDAD DE LA PRESENCIALIDAD EN LAS ESCUELAS. DESDE ATEP, RECHAZAMOS ESTA DECISIÓN, SOSTENIENDO QUE ES NECESARIO TOMAR TODOS LOS RECAUDOS PERTINENTES ANTE LA SITUACIÓN ACTUAL DEL CRECIMIENTO ACELERADO DE LA CURVA DE CONTAGIOS. NUESTRO SINDICATO EXPRESA: “SE DEBE CONSIDERAR LA SUSPENSIÓN DE LA PRESENCIALIDAD EN LAS ESCUELAS, PARA EVITAR MALES MAYORES”. ATEP, EN EL MARCO DE CTERA, RESPALDA LAS MEDIDAS EXTRAORDINARIAS DE PRESIDENCIA DE LA NACION, QUE SON EN RESGUARDO DEL CUIDADO DE LA SALUD Y DE LA EDUCACIÓN».
